Very common. Happens every time you upgrade either of those service
packs.

Basically find your windows temp dir for the user that's currently logged in.

under win95/8 it's   C:\Windows\Temp

under winNt it's   C:\WinNT\Profiles\%user%\Temp

under win2k/xp it's   C:\Documents and
Settings\Local Settings\%user%\Temp

where %user% is the username you logged in as (if you aren't sure, just
have a look under the "local settings" dir at all the users in there, it'll
be pretty
obvious).

Just go into that temp dir and delete all the files, then rerun the service
pack;
that'll sort the problem right up.

cheers
