I received a few offers to help administer an ftp site, so I've added
functionality that merges browsing and ftp. I'd appreciate it if you could
pound on what I changed to see if anything breaks and tell me what isn't
clear. The new link, which is on the main page is "Code & Data." It only has
one upload there at the moment. Also look at "Publish" as it explains how to
upload and where to download ftp client software and editors.
