Global server settings

Its been a year since I ran my TS. I downloaded some data for the emini NQ
and ES and the fractional portion of the data is truncated. I went into
global server to edit the data and there is nothing but even point values. I
have downloaded data from both quote.com and Historybank with the same
results. I figure it has to do with the settings in Global server. Can
someone tell me what they should be for these two symbols.
