Super Charts question

I want to create a "custom list" as follows:

Item 1 =  corn 1999Z as data1 with wheat 1999Z as data2
Item 2 =  corn 2000Z as data1 with wheat 2000Z as data2
Item 3 =  corn 2001Z as data1 with wheat 2001Z as data2

Is this possible and if so how do I do it? It's way over my head.
