I've been very happy with 2 21s on ts4/win2000, with the second on a cheap
$20 card I got from ebay. The key is to make sure you get cards that are
compatible with ts drawing tools, many of the newer ones aren't. And there's
nothing to do except disable all the acceleration which is really, really
slow.
BTW, 21 inch Dell Trinitron refurbs are a steal on ebay; I paid $280 for one
a couple of months back.
