Good information. Maybe it has something to do with the activation code
checking things behind the scene and putting a load on the system. What is
Gates thinking? Doesn't he realize most people have at least a desktop and
a notebook, and unless he offers a fair package price on multiple copies,
he's going to lose customers faster than Omega. We can keep running Win2k
for at least two more years before it really starts to show age.
