Can someone send me a copy  for TS 4.0 ELA's, please ?

I'v been dying to sit down and use EasyLanguage , and finally have the time
and want to review all the clever ways to do things, starting from the Omega
supplied ELA's and progressing.

Please help , we could be looking at the worlds largest head and shoulders
and a dead market for 50 years to come , yet i'm hanging out to do this.  I
have the bug , please assist.
Its depressing enough to look at the bull run and know i missed it all, I
would like to get something together to trade the last dying embers of a
massive bear market.
