Yep, you're wrong in this case. Best to get your facts straight...Robert 
was asking about DS, Qfeed, and TS4 (my combo as well). The PC clock can be 
off by hours, but the quote timestamps are correct to the second.

per DB on the dynastore-qc list:
"When working with TS4, Dynastore uses QC timestamps. Despite of Mr. 
Campbell said at omega list, Dynastore uses the same QC timestamps for 
Omega 2000i too, but Global Server uses the local time instead of it. So 
that's why it's very important to sync your computer time when you're 
running TS2k - has nothing to do with TS4."
