If you just want plain vanilla atomic time synchronization check out:

http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/ats.htm

It allows you to set one computer in a network to run in server mode. Your
server computer retrieves the atomic time and then the other computers in
the network synchronize their clocks to your server computer. Or you can set
each computer to independently retrieve the atomic time through your
internet connection. The analogx site has lots of other useful free
utilities.

This has some other useful features in addition to atomic clock sync.
