TS2000i - Signal Verifys But Strategy Doesnt???

Has anyone come across the following?

I have a signal - relatively simple that verifys in
the power editor with no problem.

When I try to use it in a strategy and put it on the
chart it says it is not verified.

Have tried to rename it ... deleted it ... added
again.. No luck.
I am stumped.

Signal uses an oscillator value and Moving Average
Value 20 bars Ago - nothing too complicated.

Any suggestions?  Thanks - Debbie
