I have a LinkSys as well. Zero problems on cable. Reading the newsgroup
postings before I bought it, it looked like some people had problems
with certain DSL providers. Something about the logon protocols with
those providers. If they lose their connection, they can't get it back
without a big manual hassle. So, all you can do is try it and see if it
