Access/downloading at HistoryBank.com for TS2000i users has been the subject
of a number of posts off and on for some time. For myself, I found the data
adequate but was really 'annoyed' by the fact that all too frequently I
couldn't download data and would instead get an immediate "download failed'
message flashed at me when I tried to download data. Recently I found that
rebooting my computer system and THEN trying to access HistoryBank data works
"100%" of the time. I can't PROVE that the rebooting is the only thing which
makes it work ..... but for me it's 'close enough'. I DO wonder if anybody
else has had frequent occasions when they seem to be unable to download from
HistoryBank and if my "solution" works for anybody but me. And if anybody
can explain WHY it works I'd feel even better! I am afraid that this
apparent 'bug' is a cockroach ... and you know what seeing even just ONE
cockroach implies.
