CPU Utilization of Pro with Win2K / Data Conversion issues for Pro

Anyone measure CPU utilization with TS Pro on Windows 2000?

Any configurations cause a very high CPU utilization? 

Typical values noted?

Is there anyway to import or convert intradata data more than 1 year
into the Pro version for back testing? TradeStation Securities says no,
but thought there might be a 3rd party utility that could put the data
into Pro format. Anyone have info on this?
