disappearing TS 4 charts - thoughts

Here is the latest TS mystery, or at least a mystery to me.

I have a BMI feed for TS 4.  I am receiving real data in because I have quote
windows and the data matches other feeds.  But I have no charts from 
10.30 am today futures or stocks.  Is there a setting that accendently got 
hit or a bug?

Any ideas on this mystery.
