TS4 Time retracement and expansion tool?

Does anyone know if there is a drawing tool available to do on the time axis
what the retracement drawing tool does on the price axis?  That is, you
click an anchor point and then your retracements and expansion lines
expand/contract as you move the cursor.

This would be used on TS4.0.

Any info or comments would be appreciated.
