If you first re-format the hard-drive in the 2nd computer and re-boot it
with CD-Rom access, you shouldn't have any problems installing a full
version of W98 from the CD-- except that Bill Gates will bounce from the
floor to the ceiling a few times.
If you try this with the new Win-XP, the MS Gestapo will show up at your
door-step and whisk you off to a cave in Afghanistan...
