Sounds outrageous. I've switched to TRAD so I'm not paying for any real time
feeds. I haven't gotten anything from them indicating any changes.
Occasionally almost every broker will grind their clients though the
exchange forms, verifying that customers aren't running a business or
distributing data, but this is definitely different.
