I'm in Los Angeles.  If your feed is normal, than I must have a local
problem.  What is puzzling is that the box registered normal packets coming
in while this was happening(at least when I observed it from 8AM on).  My
TurboCom Re: Ports window showed that data flowing through the serial port
was off and on, but it's hard to imagine the serial port was intermittent in
that way.  There must be a problem with the output of the box.  The TS
SERVER LOG CHECK only shows two events: at 8:21:24 "baud rate is set"  and
at 8:21: "no data being received from data feed on COMM 3".

I don't know what to make of this, but fortunately its working right now.
