bond charting problem with dtn data

I have recently began collecting us 30 year bond futures data with dtn
satellite.  it comes in and shows up in the global server as 114.24 or such
with 24 representing 24/32.........No matter what settings ( as is, 1/32,
1/100 or whatever) it continues to chart as the actual number 114.24  (.24
being 24/100). even tho the axis scale shows 32nds.  So the price will jump
from 114.31 (charting it as 10/32 or so)  to 115.00 .
........Any suggestions?
