TS Pro Come On

Something to heed for those considering TS Pro.  In big bold letters on
their web site, one will find the words "..no more subscription
fees—regardless of how often you trade. "

But when one looks several levels down in the small print under fees one can
find other words that say "An account that trades fewer than 10 times per
month (or 30 times per quarter) is deemed non-active and may lose access to
the TradeStation Platform."

Would anyone consider that a tiny bit deceptive?
