This was a real strange problem. Unfortunately, I was not recording the
data stream but my BMI Time Error Monitor showed that no Time markers were
sent between 18:30 EDT and 20:36 EDT. The lack of the "Heartbeat" symbol
(BTCI2F) between these times also confirmed the lack of data. The curious
part was that my BMI Time Error Monitor did *not* record any loss in the
serial signal. It was like the serial data was there but no longer properly
formatted.
