On contracts such as the ND, it does represent 100 "shares" of the NDX. With the SP contract, it is 250 "shares" of the SPX.

This is called the BigPointValue or simply Point Value and is set in the Global Server.

In TS2000i Global Server, double click on the symbol for the future, and open the "Settings" tab. You will find it there.
