Bars in TradeStation are stamped with the time of the
end of the time period. So if the market starts
trading at 9:30am, the first bar will end at 9:31am
and that will be your first bar of the day.
As far as I have seen and experienced, the last bar of
the day should be placed at 16:30pm, not at 16:31pm
unless you have the symbol settings set up to collect
that extra minute, if you have dribble or any other
setting in the global server that might change the
times.
