This has been a GREAT thread. One of the more useful ones to me on this
list in a long, long time. It has clarified a most important issue and I
owe a debt of gratitude to PO, Bob, Mats and all the other MEANINGFUL
contributers who are trying to get to the bottom of it.
As for the other contributers to this thread, why don't you do what the rest
of us do with threads we don't find interesting? Ignore them. That's what
the subject lines in email are for. They will wind down on their own
without your help.
