What he is saying appears quite straightforward to people that are
not blinded by infantile hate.

Yes the precision of TS could be improved, as it is unchanged since
the early versions of the product. But it hasn't been, probably because 
they are balancing the cost of updating it against the gains, which is what
happens in the real world. 

There are workarounds for the limitations, as long as one is aware of
them, which anyone reading the documentation should be. Added to
which, the data with which TS is operating has itself got errors that 
mean more precision is no use.

Tradestation has limitations. A limitation is not a bug, although it is
routinely described as such by the demanding children who want a
customised product for a bargain price.
