Just popped into London today and couldn't find Parkes ... I think there may
be a coffee shop in its place.
I did find a Borders on Charing Cross near the Tottenham Court Tube which
has a good selection in the basement.

Parkes in Holborn used to stock a good supply of trading books. I haven't
been for several years so I am not sure if they are still there. They were
very near the tube station.
