It's the only program on my computer that can lock up NT and force a
reboot. Unfortunately, since it's "part of the operating system" (thank
you Mr. Gates,) it doesn't have to play nice like other programs do. So
you've got an industrial strength OS brought to its knees by a kludge
designed by the W98 team.
