The Online ASCII to OMZ converter does work but there are several problems
to be aware of:

1. You get a "Spy Log" (Russian) Cookie
2. The input symbol name is case sensitive.
3. When using "0" as the offset time my OMZ data was a full day in error (I
used 7/10 thru 7/12 in my ASCII file and 7/09 thru 7/11 was returned in the
OMZ file)
