Hango,
I have used the HistoryCentre (www.traders-soft.com) product for 6-9 months
with good results. I purchased Tick Data's (www.tickdata.com) database with
data going back 5 years. With each contract roll, I create a 5 year,
back-adjusted, 1 minute ascii file. I then convert that to .omz through
HistoryCentre and import into the front month contract within the
GlobalServer. My real time data feed then keeps it current. This works like
a charm around roll dates when you still need history to initialize your
indicators.
I am using the .omz version. I have not tested the .xpo version even though
I use 2000i. Good luck.

Hello O-List,
There was one software, HistoryCentre from www.traders-soft.com, posted here
a couple of weeks ago. I believed it was posted by the vendor himself. Is
there anyone on the O-list has any postive experience on using HC?
I'd like to buy some utility software which can convert ASCII to OMZ for
TS4. Besides vendor's self promotion, any real hands-on experience and
comments are appreciated.
Regards,
