MS Backoffice Server 2000 is Windows 2000 server with a number of other MS
packages bolted on. It will overwrite your operating system so it will not
sit on top of Win98 or any other OS.
Perhaps if you elaborated a bit more as to what you are trying to achieve
then I might be able to help you further.
