This is an indicator I introduced in "Integrated Technical Analysis" and the
description is in included in the book. I use it predominently on weekly
charts as a quasi cyclic indicator though many clients in Bridge Telerate
use it for daily and intraday charts. An ELA is attached with the function
and indicator.
