Problems with Radar Screen

I been having problems with radar screen processing
data without falling behind. I am using Windows98,
Omega Tech advises to use Windows2000. As I am tech
dummy is their a significant memory management
improvement with Windows2000. I appreciate your
comments on this issue and if any one else has problems
with radar screen.
