Does anyone know what this Regsvr32.exe is.

1. You don't know the person. DELETE IT WITHOUT OPENING. You got lucky
in opening the document.
2. Get yourself a virus scanner and subscribe to updates. This won't
protect you completely but it'll help.
3. Educate yourself a bit on some of the nasties on the Net. View the
education as akin to safe sex.
