I sent the following e-mail twice to historybankqa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, without
any reply. I really would appreciate the opinion of other users about
TradeStation Pro. I have been told that you cannot use any third party data
with TradeStation Pro and there is no provision for the removal of bad
ticks.
Has Omega shot themselves in the foot with this new product? Will we have
to wait many months (years) to have a stable and usable product ? TS2000i
still has a lot of bugs and the data from HistoryBank.com leaves a lot to be
desired, especially for the future trader.
Are we sending out complaints to the wrong people? Should we be sending our
complaints to Stocks and Commodes, Futures and the other publications that
insist on giving TradeStation an award year after year? What is you
opinion?

Subject: Bad and Missing - Daily Data on the E-Mini S&P 500 Contracts
Hello,
I have been attempting to use the DAILY DATA from the E-Mini S&P 500 Future
Contracts. I find that ALL of the ES* future contracts either have BAD data
or NO data at all.
I have checked the following contracts and found the DAILY DATA to be
unusable:
ES199903
ES199906
ES199909
ES199912
ES200003
ES200006
ES200009
ES200012
ES200103
ESM1
ESU1
I believe that this list includes every E-Mini S&P 500 that you have on the
HistoryBank.com server as well as the HistoryBank.com Financial Database CD
ROM.
Please advise me as to whether I will have to go to a 3rd party source for
this data.
I am fearful that the upcoming new release of TradeStation Pro will really
not be usable by future traders because of problems with the historical
futures data being inaccurate, incomplete or non-existing. I have been
waiting for the new release of TradeStation Pro, but I am afraid that my
wait may be in vain.
Please advise.
