Implied volatility import !!!!

Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I ' m trying to import Implied volatility into Global server  from ASCII
format file 
 
See my example : 
 
"Date","Time","IV"
06/02/2000,1600,0.8503
06/05/2000,1600,0.9056
06/06/2000,1600,1.012
06/07/2000,1600,0.8972
06/08/2000,1600,0.8406
06/09/2000,1600,0.8383
06/12/2000,1600,0.9041
06/13/2000,1600,0.9193
06/14/2000,1600,0.9138
 
 But When I check up the fields in the server ( after import)  They are 
still empty 

What i do wrong ??????????????????

Please  HELP MMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
