If you want the value to be correct on each bar, you need to add the
data series as data2, etc. But if you want a fixed value for all
bars, you can make it an input value.
I usually use a fixed 5% value for recent times but if you are
testing back through the 1970's, you should use a separate data
series since the value was very high back then.
