RE: Is an ISDN @ 128k fast enough to receive eSignal for stock index futures

I use an ISDN for e signal with Global Server - and I load a huge amount of
additional tasks on the back of this ISDN connection. It is more than fast
enough to support all the esignal symbols you could possibly cram into
Global server. You can always get yourself a "stay-connected" utility - say
off of zdnet as shareware or very cheap that will display in KB/S the
throughput usage that a given task is requiring. I concur with the previous
reply on the incremental requirements of a large # of esignal symbols. Try
"Dialer 2000" from www.techlogic.ca.

I am using esignal with about 350 symbols connected. The data rate seldom
exceeds 80 k.
