Chad:

I am not a computer guru, but when I have installed ts5, build 4 onto new
computers, I just did the install process, then restart and pull the entire
server folder onto my desktop and copy from my other computer with ts5
across my network to create a copy of that prior server folder into the new
installation Omega Research folder. I did the same for MyWork and Templates
folders, restarted then opened ts and I have all of my prior workspace
layouts and data. I'm sure there are more sophisticated ways to do this,
but it has worked well for me twice now.

To get all of the old data, including selected symbols, tick level, implied
vol. split dates, etc requires that the data be "exported" in Global Server
format from the old system. The one giant file that results needs to be
imported into the new installation. Its a long tedious process depending on
the number of symbols you follow.

Good luck
