I have been using CMC since Dec and am reasonably happy with it.

plus --
to date all stop fills have been to the penny
tight bid ask 24 hours a day (even AUD)
segregated accts for US customers
general layout of software is pretty good, except as noted below
they do have an oco option
Futuresource has CMC symbols -- their b/a as opposed to all mm's combined
minus --
system is slow at times (not confirmed for a couple of minutes) for
cancelling orders esp compared with futures systems
there is no cancel/ replace faciliy
also a little slow for filling mkt orders at times, sometimes will reprice
and ask if you want new price or not
the biggest problem is speed of execution; say you have a limit entry and
don't think it is going to get filled, so you want to go market... it can
take a minute or two to confirm that you cancelled. by the time you get
cancelled, the mkt is 10 pips off. The answer is not to sweat 10-20 I
guess, but it would be nice if their software had the efficiency of modern
futures software.

Despite all, the setup is much, much better than futures for shorter term
trading. Having real stops alone is worth putting up with all the
negatives.
