I have had mega problems with this. I have development tools in the same
environment e.g. Visual C++ etc. If you are not careful, it will tell you
that a lot of DLL's etc are not in use, and then move them and remove the
instance from the registry. The only resolution I found was to restore from
tape backup. If you use this take great care.
