Corrupt tick file in TS 4 server

Morning folks!

I woke up to that fabulous message: Stack overflow. I shut down the machine 
and restarted the server and the server tried to rebuild the tick 
file...and I got the message that Omega was unsuccessful rebuilding the 
tick file.

Anyone have any tips about how to go about trying to salvage it?
