In the Datamanager, go to Setup-Misc.
Turn the safety to "Off".
Set (TradeStation) Real-time corrections to "No".
These don't work with TS. They are unfinished coding by Omega in a
rush to get the product to market. They were never finished. They only
work with FS proprietary charting software. They will cause problems
exactly as what you are experiencing Jim.
The flurry of Emini ticks is Bridge data transmission problem. They
are duplicate ticks that have been transmitted. This will not be corrected
until Bridge gets a better pipeline. The blocks of duplicate
ticks often have an earlier timestamp(by a few seconds) which causes
the real-time corrections feature to kick in. Turn it off. They can only be
edited out
by using the Chart Editor "Integrity" program after the fact.
Chris. Sometimes a bad tick is charted to the screen and never gets to the
data file. Go figure? Sometimes it does.
