Plotting emini Volume in TS4 and TS2K

BMI data include emini volume for both sessions (as I can see in the TS4 BMI
Server).
How do we plot this volume? Using the Volume indicator you get just the Tick
Volume.

In TS2K the volume does not appear even in the Global Server.
