I'm running TS 4, Build 23 on an HP Pavilion PIII 500 with 128m under Win2000
offline using Omega's omz refresh.
Several days ago (about Feb. 26) I downloaded the omz file from Omega and pasted
it in TS 4 as I do every day. All my workspaces updated and everything seemed
OK. When I looked the next morning, all charts in all workspaces showed Feb. 2nd
as the last day. I immediately thought that my 40Bonn file was corrupted, but
when I went to Portfolio the last day was Feb. 26. I closed everything down and
rebooted only to find that the charts now show Feb. 6th. I've tried re-pasting
one day at a time and several days at a time to no avail.
Until I installed Win2k about a year ago I used to crash Win98 several times a
week. Win2K cured that and a lot more so I don't think it's at fault. The only
thing that's different is that I installed Norton System Works2001 and
Firewall2001 on Feb. 19th. I disabled them and tried re-pasting but no luck.
Any help at all would be most appreciated. It's Saturday and this is the first
chance I've had to look more closely at the problem. I haven't called Omega yet.
