Try deleting the continuumclient.ini file and then restart.

I am having problems with both QCharts and QCollector....send a message
to quote.com and complain....that's what I did. As soon as the market
closes i can get on with no problems, which leads me to the conclusion
that their servers are saturated. If enough people complain, maybe
they'll do something about it.
