Try PingPlotter http://www.nessoft.com/pingplotter/
-Input the site or IP number (ie: Yahoo.com or 209.12.345.123)
-Set how often to "ping"
-Open multiple windows for multiple addresses
-visual traceroute and packetloss
-set alarm for packetloss or time without ping return
-set .wav file to play
-see visual bargraph of performance for any time period
(minutes...weeks)
I've been using it for years, works good.
