I have friends in Southern California who live near Covina, Diamond Bar,
Pasadena -- right in the heart of S.C.  They don't even get low grade DSL
yet and are FORCED to run with 56K modem because ISDN is still around
$80/month.  DSL isn't exactly sweeping the country yet.
