Two things I can think of...
www.turtletraders.com has a section [not for free] on bet sizing, money
management and fixed/fractional ect.
And in the latest TASC, there is an article by Mike Bryant. His web site is
www.breakoutfutures.com and he has some code there as well as some written
materials you might want to look at. Some is public and some is free.
