Sorry...

The SP Comstock Xpress feed interface uses the CSP server (Comstock network time) as a time stamp 
when recording the ticks in TS2000i, and not the computer clock.

There is a data on demand  internet project here ( probably Q2 2001) for the Comstock Xpress Feed, compatible Prosuite2000i
( will mainly cover all  futures, forex and  some major stocks).

Still seems like it could be done with TS4 other than the
