Transfer of OMZ and XPO files

A number of users have had problems downloading files from my @Home web
space and a first glance it appears to be an @Home/download utility issue.
I would strongly recommend that in the future all OMZ, XPO and any program
files to be imbedded in a Zip file to allow for checking integrity.  Let's
just make this SOP and then we'll know if we've gotten a good download.

ie  Pkunzip   -t   ZipFileName
